To
improve your skill using KitchenDraw or MobiScript, to obtain help
with large, tricky projects, or to solve a configuration problem
on your system, you can now call upon the remote services provided
by one of our training partners.
For
such service to be technically possible, you need BOTH an Internet
connection (preferably high-speed) AND a telephone line next to
your computer.
This
being available, to obtain a remote service session you must:
- Have
sufficient service minutes available, or buy them if insufficient;
- Contact
us for a "Service Appointment";
- Launch
the session at the time of the planned "Service Appointment".
Purchasing Service Hours
You can purchase 1, 2 or 4 service hours at a time.
One service hour costs €75 before tax.
Service hours are purchased just like hours of use.

Launching
the Service
At the date and time of the "Service Appointment", you
must:

- Select
the "? | Remote control" command.
A small red window bearing the name "NetWiever" is displayed,
and the "NetViewer Client Login" dialog box opens.

given in our e-mail.
This allows our training partner to give you a session number.
- Enter your session number inside the "Session Number"
field of the "NetViewer Client Login" dialog box, then

After the service is over, you are sent an e-mail
